- Secure comprehensive travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking, medical emergencies, and evacuation.
- Inform us in advance about any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary preferences so we can accommodate your needs.
Trekking and Adventure Guidelines
- Follow your guide's instructions for safety and navigation.
- Allow your body to acclimatize properly and report any signs of altitude sickness immediately.
- Stay on designated trekking trails to ensure safety and protect the environment.
- Choose local tea houses and lodges to support the local economy and minimize illegal camping.
Environmental Responsibility
- Travel plastic-free by carrying reusable water bottles and bags.
- Dispose of waste responsibly—use dustbins or carry your trash until proper disposal is available.
- Participate in our tree-planting initiative (1 traveler = 3 trees) to give back to nature.
- Respect biodiversity—do not pick or damage plants, flowers, or other natural resources.
Cultural Respect & Local Etiquette
- Dress modestly, especially in religious and rural areas.
- Ask for permission before taking photos of locals, monasteries, or religious sites.
- Remove shoes before entering temples, monasteries, or local homes.
- Show respect for local customs—greet with a warm “Namaste” and engage with communities respectfully.
Safety and Security
- Avoid traveling alone, especially at night or in remote areas.
- Keep valuables secure and avoid openly displaying expensive gadgets or jewelry.
- Follow safety protocols for rafting, bungee jumping, and paragliding.
- Carry a personal first-aid kit and essential medicines, especially for high-altitude treks.
Responsible Trekking & Community Engagement
- Support local businesses, homestays, and community-run initiatives.
- Practice fair and respectful bargaining when purchasing local goods and services.
- Contribute to our &aos;Books for All' literacy initiative by donating books or educational materials for rural students.
Alcohol and Substance Use
- Consume alcohol responsibly, especially at high altitudes.
- The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the trip, per Nepalese law.
Communication and Emergency Protocols
- Stay connected with the group and inform your guide before separating from the team.
- In an emergency, follow the guide's instructions and use the emergency contacts provided.
